------------------------------------------------------------------------
The eighth annual meeting of the Association for the Scientific Study
of Consciousness will be held from June 25th to June 28th, 2004, at the

In addition to this email, information can be found about ASSC8 on the
conference website (http://www.ua.ac.be/assc8). There will also be a
separately organized satellite symposium on "Coma and altered states of
consciousness" held immediately prior to ASSC8 on June 24th in Antwerp
(more information at http://www.ruca.ua.ac.be/assc8/satellite.html).
ASSC8 is intended to promote interdisciplinary dialogue in the
scientific study of consciousness. This year, for the first time, ASSC
