As part of a major expansion in our School of Psychology, one of the=20
UK=92s leading Psychology Departments, we invite applications for 5=20
academic posts ranging from Lecturer to Professor. The School has an=20
outstanding record of success. In the most recent national assessments=20=
we achieved the highest possible ratings for both Research (5*A) and=20
Teaching Quality (=93Excellent=94).
With these appointments we hope to strengthen the School=92s main areas=20=
of research. We particularly seek candidates with interest in:=20
cognitive neuroscience (including behavioural neurology), language=20
(including the neuroscience of language), social cognition and emotion,=20=
child development, behaviour analysis, clinical and health psychology,=20=
and experimental consumer psychology. To support research, the School=20=
has established patient and participant panels in these domains and has=20=
excellent links with the National Health Service. Our new Psychology=20
building houses the Wolfson Centre for Clinical and Cognitive=20
Neuroscience which has facilities for fMRI, ERP and MRI guided TMS.
